What makes you different from other marketing companies?
We start with your needs, not our services. Many agencies push website sales or their in-house software products. We get to know your Med Spa and what your specific needs are. Our strategy plans are built entirely around your goals.
Do you offer customized plans?
Yes. Our Partner Plan starts with a marketing audit which allows us to create a strategy plan customized for your needs. We welcome your input on the process of setting priorities and monthly agendas. We also offer a la carte services.
How do I know if it’s working?
We’re big believers in setting quantifiable goals. Every campaign or project has specific targets for new leads, revenue, or deliverables, and reporting metrics setup to measure the success of our efforts.
How do I know what you’re doing every month?
Well how do we know what you’re doing ever… just kidding. We strive to make our process as transparent as possible. Our first step is always to create a strategy plan that specifically outlines our efforts over the upcoming months, giving you a roadmap. Next, we track and document our efforts, providing you with reporting to lend further clarity. Lastly, your strategist will setup recurring calls with you to discuss many aspects of your account including our progress.
Once I’m signed up, how often do we talk?
As often as we need to. We’ll give you a dedicated Slack channel that tends to be the easiest way to communicate (we all prefer texting, right?). You’ll also have regular calls scheduled with your strategist and you’re free to reach out to them anytime. And as always, you can reach us by email as well.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Certain plans come with a revenue guarantee. We will work with you to set quantifiable goals for new leads, revenue, etc. and offer a money back guarantee if those goals aren’t met.
What kind of results should I expect?
Each campaign has different goals. A Google Ads campaign is designed to deliver new leads almost immediately, with Cost Per Lead reducing over time. SEO campaigns take a lot of upfront effort to rank better for specific keywords over long periods of time. Depending on the campaign, we’ll setup quantifiable goal targets so we’re on the same page about expectations.
What type of marketing software do you setup?
Short answer? Anything you need. We help you setup software and marketing infrastructure that streamlines and automates critical workflows. This includes lead management systems, a CRM, reporting software, reputation management tools, EMR integrations, before and after photo systems, etc.
Do you have any trial plans?
Kind of. We understand you may want us to build up some trust with you, we get it. New accounts generally come with a lot of upfront work as we get to know your Med Spa, setup new campaigns and reporting, create a strategy plan, etc. But ask us about jumping on our Starter Plan – it’s an easy way to give us a test drive and make sure we’re a fit for you.
Does email marketing really work?
Yes – as long as your content is good. Email marketing is a low cost way to engage with prospects and former patients through drip campaigns, newsletters, or educational content. It’s a great tool as long as it isn’t overused
Can you help me generate more reviews?
Consistent review generation is process driven. It’s all about having the right marketing processes setup to encourage patients to leave positive reviews while intercepting the negative feedback before it goes public. Yes, this is something we can help with.
Do you post on social media for me?
Not usually. We get it, keeping up on social isn’t easy. Worse still, when your entire social history looks like an ad for stock images – customers can smell inauthentic a mile away. There are some situations where we can work with a local content team to execute a successful organic social strategy for you, but your dollars are typically more effectively spent elsewhere. That being said, we do offer many services within Social Media that can help – Paid Ads, building a Design Library, on-demand graphic design, etc.
Are google ads expensive?
While they aren’t cheap, the ROI is typically there. Google ads drive immediate traffic to your website for people in your area actively looking for services your Med Spa offers. We’ll help you structure a campaign to minimize costs, focus on your ROI, and measure incremental results along the way.
What monthly budget do I need for ad spend?
We’d suggest starting at $700-3500/mo. If it’s working well and you have the budget, increase spend from there. We can discuss your specific goals, overall marketing budget, and help you determine how much to spend on paid ad campaigns.
How do I submit requests?
However you want. You can send us a Slack message or Email, or we can give you a Request link that allows you to create Support Requests directly in our system.
Do you build websites?
Of course. We have some fantastic designers and developers that would be happy to help.
Can I use my existing website?
Of course. We’re not one of those companies that pushes you into buying a new website to work with us. If you need a new one, we’ll suggest it – but it’s never required.
How many SEO keywords do you optimize for?
As many as we can. Each page has one primary keyword, a handful of secondary keywords, and many LSI keywords. Keywords come in many shapes and sizes. Some have high search volume and high competition. Some have lower search volume but are easier to rank for. Some indicate the user is in research mode, others indicate they are ready to buy. We’ll balance these variables to choose the ideal keywords to promote the services that matter most to you.
How long does SEO take?
SEO can take time, often quoted at 6-12 months. However, many things affect that – including whether your keyword is in striking distance, domain age and authority, backlink generation, etc. It takes a bit of patience, but high rankings are worth the wait.
What if I’m already ranking well?
We love to see that! An important point to remember is that keyword combinations are endless. There are around 100-300k possible search terms you could optimize for, and no one has that many pages or that much time. Even if we focus on a small subset of keywords, keep in mind that other Med Spas in your area are likely eyeing your rankings and wondering how they can rank higher. It’s easier to defend from above rather than climb up the ladder.
Are social ads a good idea for Med Spas?
Social Media is an important part of marketing a Med Spa, but ads don’t typically produce the same ROI as Google. There are a few services that can drive new patients effectively from social media ads, but we generally suggest starting with Google and then diversifying into social media ads. However, social is a great place to build brand awareness and connect with your target demographic.
Will text marketing annoy my patients?
There are some great case studies out there on the effectiveness of text marketing. The short answer is that it’s unavoidable a few patients will get annoyed, but they will be able to opt-out quickly and easily. As long as you keep the content valuable and the frequency appropriate, text marketing can produce great results.
